About Derek, he was GREAT! what a nice young man, you are very lucky to have him representing your company, I couldn't be happier,

He did a wonderful job renting my condo and securing a two year lease!, he took great pictures, he put the "for rent" sign immediately and showed the property as soon as he had someone who was interested (in this case, a friend of the person who actually rented it); since the actual tenant was out of the State, all the communication was online, or via e-mail; this lady sign the lease...site unseen !

When Derek met me at the property, and about half hour before we met the tenant, he was most helpful when I needed his help with the blinds in the living room; all in all, I will definitely recommend your company/services, because of Derek

He was prompt responding to my e-mails and referring me to other people (such as Joe ...forgot his last name...) about a problem with the skylight, Joe fixed the problem for me
