I chose Renters Warehouse because there was no contract, they don't mark up the vendor's bill, and the monthly management fee was low. The low monthly fee is offset by a higher tentant placement but on an annual basis they were competitive with other management companies on price. They also don't keep money on reserve which I liked.

So far I've been very pleased.
