Cathy was excellent. We came to her with the need to find a renter within 3 weeks prior to us relocating, and was skeptical about finding a renter right away. But shortly after meeting her and signing the paperwork she had viewings set up the day we posted pictures and was able to secure a renter in the first day of showing.
