I had Renter's Warehouse lease and manage my property. Cathy, the leasing agent, really went above and beyond helping me lease the property and I would highly recommend her.
Once the tenants moved in they had an issue with the water heater and I couldn't get returned phone calls or simple info from Renter's Warehouse to get the issue resolved. It took an extra week to get this taken care of since I couldn't get a call back to get the tenants info to schedule the repair. I actually had to contact Cathy, the leasing agent, for the info and she got it for me immediately.
I would definitely recommend the leasing services they offer but am not sure I would recommend the property management services.
