Alicia did a great job of finding me Tenants for my rental property. She met me as scheduled, and outlined what was going to be done to reach as many potential renters as possible.
She posted a Renter's Warehouse sign on the front of the property,and emailed me with updates. Once a tenant was found, she did all the necessary paperwork to establish that they were eligible to become tenants.
