Great overall experience with Dave!! We had a bunch of hiccups on the way but Dave always came through on his promise. Their warranty for renter was also tested. We have one renter who had to break lease and Dave and his team rented our house again, completely free of cost as per warranty under agreement. Which usually is easy to write but not so easy to come through on the promise without any frowns!!
So I would recommend them any day.
