I couldn’t recommend these guys more, especially after being disappointed with 3 other property manager experiences in the Phoenix area (culminating with the worst of the worst, GoRenter.com).

So then I tried this firm because of their warranty and up-front owner-friendly contract. I knew they must stand behind their service if they are willing to compete with other sources for tenants and only be paid once they found a tenant. Even then, their rates were at or below competition which can only make business sense with efficiency. They are also one of the few to contractually separate tenant placement from property management, giving me the flexibility I needed and ensuring their service was earned and not tied to anything.

The experience was good, better than all 3 other property managers I've worked with, they were in constant contact with me, advertised well, found a tenant for my property in about a month in a difficult market, handled more than the scope of work I expected, and fullfilled their commitment.

Great customer service, working for you not for them, and above all being honest and fair I really appreciated, that's why the glowing review. I think they will continue to grow and be successful because of this. Look forward to eventually trying them out on the management side as well.

Note: If you’re curious to know more about the poor Gorenter.com experience, they found no tenant during a 3 months "free trial", let me cancel only to have them rush a sub-par tenant in behind the scenes AFTER, lie about it, take the tenant's money and mine without refund, and leave me to evict all to claim their unearned fee.
