Terrible appraisal
As others have said ridiculously low appraisal. Guy was at my house 5 minutes and left. House came back 15k less than sales price. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Told them about up dates of AC unit and ductwork they left off. Then comp my house on homes that sold 2 years ago. Keep them away from your property at all cost.
