Chris is an excellent communicator; he is definitely customer oriented! I also found his employees to be very courteous and customer oriented as well. The service I received was excellent, Chris and his employees were very honest. They checked my transmission finding nothing wrong but did recommend they change the transmission fluid. I took my vehicle to Chris after two transmission shops told me my transmission needed repaired. I left Eagle Transmission very satisfied. I do recommend taking your vehicle to Chris before you spend money that may be unnecessary. A 5 Star Company.
