I a small business owner and appreciate it when another owner is hands on and fair when it comes to service. My vehicle are the life line of my company providing good service, therefore I want to take a minute and thank Chris and his team for once again for saving me some money while making this possible. I have used them for several years for my both business and my personal vehicle repairs ranging from regular preventive maintenance Belts, oil changes, brakes and the like all the way to major components such as differential and transmission repairs. This week I had a transmission that was "skipping" intermittently, before we did further damage we took the truck to Chris and within a few hours his crew had determined the issue and the resolve. The good news was it was not a transmission rebuild but only a sending unit (180.00 repair). . They made the repair and had the truck back to me by the end of the second day. I am writing this in appreciation of them making only the repairs necessary without trying to up sell the job for more money. This is the way business should be done and for the peace of mind that we will be treated fairly Chris and his crew have secured all of my future business.
