My auto repair shop told me I need to get a transmission rebuild. On recommendation of my boss, who took his vehicle there and was very pleased, I talked to Chris and took my car in for an evaluation. After checking my car out, Chris called and explained that I needed to rebuild the transmission. When I picked up my car (which runs great now) I received a certificate for the 1 year warranty, and told to bring it back in two weeks for a check and test (with no waiting) to be sure everything is working correctly. I've never had a mechanic tell me to bring it back after a couple weeks for a check up. I've been very pleased with Chris and his staff's professionalism and great service.
