I have been dealing with them for a little under a year now. They are very quick. I email them when I need pet-sitting services and Rachel will always email me right back. 90 of the time they are available to accommodate me when I need them to. Jessica is great at attending to the dogs, she makes my dogs feel at home even though we are gone. I appreciate everything they do for us, they take great care of my dogs. In addition, they keep a log also so if I am gone for 2-3 days consecutively I know what is going on with them. When I get back I can go through the day with anything that happened while I was gone. They also send texts and pictueres, so they keep in constant contact while I am gone.
