My air conditioner wasn't cooling. I called Keefe to come out the technician told me there were some loose wires and and a part that had burnt out. He said they needed to be replaced for over $800.00 well since I didn't know any better ,I allowed him to repair the problem he then offered me a plan for $200 to save me mone if I needed him to come back out and other parts if I needed them. Well I has to call them back the same day cause my unit still wasn't cooling off. The technician came back out and said they normally charge for coming out but since they already charged me an arm and 2 legs he wouldn't charge me again, he said that it was hot outside and it was going to take awhile for the unit to cool off so I listened to the bs. The unit did alright for awhile now it won't cool at all its in the low 80s and steady decreasing and I called to let them know and still no call back or nothing. The technician even supposedly put freon in my system when he serviced it. Wow wht a rip-off!!! I will NEVER recommend them to nobody.
