It's been about a year since Worldgate Plaster & Stucco worked on the exterior wall on our townhome, and it still looks good! We're hoping it'll stay in good shape, as it's a wall shared by us and our neighbor. They also did repair work to some of the paneling in front of our house, and the work was good.

We were happy with the job, but I felt like there was some miscommunication with what we wanted. It was minor stuff, but things that I feel could've been done to our needs and specifications. For the paneling, when that was replaced, there was also trim that was replaced as well, and it was supposed to be a different color than what the panels were painted. We deal with an HOA and they have strict rules on things like that, and although it doesn't affect us much, I felt like it was something that could have been dealt with. We also asked to have the door frame repaired a certain way, but it was done in a different way. I will say also, that it took a really long time to get the invoice. We had to reach out and ask for the invoice, as we wanted to pay for the work that was provided. We split the cost between us and our neighbor, and although at first we received both invoices, that was soon corrected.

At the end of the day, the work was done, it was completed at a good rate, and it looks good. We're happy with the work, and since we have another wall that needs repair work, we'll reach out to them again for a quote.
