I was pleased with what Worldgate did. The guy came in and was timely and here when he was supposed to be. We took him downstairs to where the window was, and he played with it and joggled it to see what the issues were. He told us what we should do in order to repair it, but he didn't feel like it was something that required their services. It was our first time calling them and I would have no reason not to use them again.
