This was our first time using Rayne Plumbing & Sewer Services. We had to call them out because our drainage from the house was blocked outside in the sewer line somewhere, and we had some back up of water that we were dealing with so we called them urgently. It all turned out pretty good. I feel like the person who responded to the call went above and beyond to clean up the main sewer line as well because there were some leaves that were making it clogged, and it was contributing to our problem. I felt like he was very knowledgable in his area, and he offered good customer service. It was a good overall experience, and I definitely would recommend Rayne Plumbing & Sewer Services to somebody needing help with clogged drains and water back up!
