Right from the first call the staff was responsive. Got called back right away. Scheduled the visit when I needed it. Fred, the plumber, figured out the problem right away -- fixed it and I was up and running in not time at all. Would definitely recommend this company. A very positive experience (except, of course, for the leak part that required them to come out in the first place LOL).
