After almost a week of trying to figure out why the carpet in the living room was damp.....our tenants called to report that there seemed to be some kind of leak.
It turned out to be a ruptured pipe in the cement under the floor! Late in the day on a Friday, not the best timing.
Rayne had a plumber on site Saturday morning, with a jack hammer, ready to work. By end of day Saturday the leak was fixed and the price was much less than the quote from the remediation company we called to deal with the water damage.
The Rayne plumber protected the apartment from dust/debris from the cement work, he was fast, courteous and just all around a gift!!
