I want to thank you for the quick service for our concern.
However, I don't think we should have been charged for this due to the fact that he came out for the very same concern that we paid to have taken care of 5/6 months ago.The tech also stated that it should have been warranty visit.
A bit concerned that he ran a snake down and through PVC pipe and never even inspected the work previously done under the house.He also stated that he ran into a solid spot at about 20' but just said he didn't know what it was? He also stated that he was too old to go under the house? All in all,once again, I am not overly impressed with what we have received in the way of service from your company.
Truly thankful for the quick response,but seems like a fast $300.00 patch to me.
