Pretty good experience
Tech was very friendly and punctual. I appreciated his candor and feedback about my issue. My only issue with this service was that I was originally told that a credit card payment would be acceptable. When it came time for me to pay the "service fee" for his visit (he didn't fix anything but did help identify the issue), he called his office and their "systems" were down. So then my only option was to write my credit card information down on a pad of paper he had - not very comforting in this day and age of technology. Needless to say, I did it begrudgingly and the charge went through a few days later but I have to admit that I've had a hawk's eye on my statement for the past several weeks, just in case.
