Totally On Crystal Crystal - System Error

Your Service is 100% FREE.

Yes, absolutely. There was an error with Ms. Callahan's service order. The order was inadvertently removed from the main scheduling and routing database. This is the first time a service request has been removed that was not cancelled by a customer.

Upon getting her voice message, we contacted Ms. Callahan immediately. Unfortunately we were fully committed - our service schedule was overloaded. There was no available service team to perform service for her on Saturday Oct. 15.

Crystal Crystal Corrective Response

Monday morning we called, emailed, and texted Ms. Callahan to explain what happened; and to offer to perform her service 100% at No Charge.

Moreover, we have made system adjustments which prevent any service order from being deleted from the ordering and routing database.
