I was referred to Crystal Crystal by a friend. She texted me a link to schedule, which I did. The website was very user friendly and made scheduling a breeze. I received texts to keep me updated on Darryl's arrival time. Darryl was Fast and efficient. He took time to explain why my area rug looked the way it did. I don't know why it took me so long to have Crystal Crystal come clean our carpets!
