I think their process is very nice, and the carpet dries in about 20 minutes to 30 minutes at the most. It's just a beautiful process. You don't realize how much dirt there is--and their cleaning brings it right to the surface. It's remarkable.
I think Crystal Crystal Carpet Care's method is different and is certainly an excellent cleaning process. I've used them twice. Most recently, they cleaned the carpets in my former home--and even the buyers were impressed with the carpets. Darryl is a very likable person who is friendly and very cordial. He is a good person. As far as making appointments, the process is great and easy. As soon as I made an appointment, I don't think it was less than 30 minutes before the appointment was confirmed and we were on our way. I will absolutely continue to use Crystal Crystal Carpet Care.
