I had a great experience with Crystal Crystal Carpet Care. They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet for me and I am fully satisfied with the work that they did. The previous carpet cleaners I used did a horrible job and even told me to clean up a puddle of water they had left on my marble floor myself. When I used Crystal, there were no such problems and the entire process went smoothly. The cleaners were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. They were responsive and communicative about what they were doing. The pricing is reasonable and competitive with other carpet cleaners. This was my first time using them and I would definitely use them again in the future.
