A little overpriced, not great results
Our company did a renovation of building that we had purchased, which was done by Blackstone and maintained by a service contract with them. We were a little disappointed in what happened with the renovation. After we moved in, we found that there were a lot of areas that were not heating very well. We were told that the problem was not with the job they did but that the building was not set up intially with enough "heating strips" to warm the air throughout enough throughout the building. Of course, we wondered why this was not brought up in the renovations. As winter became summer, we had a lot of problems getting airflow working to keep everyone cool. We finally terminated our relationship with Blackstone and have since managed to work most of these problems out, for a slightly lesser contract fee than what we had been paying before.
