This was my second order. I lacked some tile for upcoming job and ordered 4 boxes. I ordered on a Monday 2 weeks prior when o needed it. I called few days after to check and it had not been shipped but was told it would go out right away. The following week I called again and no shipment. It shipped the Thursday before the weekend I needed it and did not arrive until Monday after. This time it was not shippers fault
