Order process not as advertised, shipping is not free. Took 14 days to receive order on CC order.
I was confused as to the proper name of the floor Co. (Kept changing names and telephone numbers) Company is short on personnel to process internet / phone orders by credit card. I was at my last straw (being put off) when the tile was delivered. I thought I had been had!!
All is OK now as tile is in my drive-way and installation will start Saturday.
