This was my first time buying anything from Broadway Floors/Home Improvement Warehouse and I am very happy with the experience I had. The flooring I purchased from them was good quality and exactly what I expected. I am very happy with it. I think what made them a 5-star company was the customer service they provided. If need be, I would have no qualms about returning. I also highly recommend that other people try them out.
