I switched to this clinic when pregnant with my first child. I always found the office to be very clean, modern, the staff to be well trained and polite. The Doctors were wonderful. They have a Doctor on call 24 hours a day for emergencies and questions and an advice nurse which is so wonderful for first time parents. They are located next to Meridian Park Hospital which ended up being a Godsend for us when I had to be rushed from my appt in the office direct to the Maternity Ward.
I never waited too long on hold for appointments and I could always easily make appointments. The only downside to this practice is that you wait a long time in the waiting and exam room to see a doctor. I believe this is because they are giving quality care and do not want to rush patients out, but it does mean you will be there a long time for any appt.
