We finally made the decision to get new carpet for our home. We visited several stores that offered carpet and installation, but most had pushy staff and a limited selection of carpet in stock. Right away we noticed that Carpet One was different. We found the perfect carpet and it was even on sale! When it came time to set up the appointment to have it installed the staff was very reasonable on working around our schedules. On the day of installation the crew arrived on-time and quickly removed our old carpet and put in the new one. The handled our furniture with great care and put everything back just as it was before they came in. They were very polite and even cleaned up scraps that fell in the yard when they carried out the old carpet. Very professional!
