I have used Chem-Dry for my carpet cleaning service for several years now. Tom, service representative that I always request, does a great job cleaning my carpet. He goes above and beyond with the quality of his work. Tom is friendly and makes everyone , including our dog, feel comfortable. That does not always happen when you have people working in your home.
