Pros:
1. I liked the class offerings, M/W or T/Th.
2. Class location was off a bus line from the HS so getting there was convenient.
3. Loved Shari, the instructor. The kids love her as well. She makes the learning fun.

Cons:
1. Hard to sign up for drives because they fill up so quickly. I had to learn to check back almost daily for cancellations.
2. The older woman in Klahanie who gave my son his licensing drive was rude. We got there early to be punctual and polite but she gave us a lecture about how it was too early. When I tried to give her the insurance card, she wouldn't look me in the eye and told me the drive was for my son and not me, and then she told my son to take a picture of a piece of paper without telling him why so he paused a little because he was confused. I'm not sure she cracked a smile the entire time. She is the ONE reason that I would tell people to not go to Swerve in Klahanie. It's called customer service.

My son passed with a 96 so I'm not complaining because he didn't do well. I'm commenting so that you will train your employees to do a better job.
