Awful service and rude treatment (Swerve Klahanie)
I did my reservation online and then, the day after we sent them an email asking for a change. We never receiver any answer. I printed my reservation confirmation and checked it the day before the test. The format is a little bit confusing so I though my test was at 11h45. I went there with my daughter at 11h25. I thought I was 20 min early and there was nobody in the Serve Office. 10 minutes later our instructor, Linda MacFadden came in. "I see more people than the ones that should be here" she said. I realized that 11h45 was the end time. "You're late so it's a no-show. You can't do the test today. She was so rude. A good customer service would have said "Don't worry. I'm sorry you didn't see the correct start time. Let me find another day for you, but I'm afraid you will have to pay $30 additional dollars". She said "You're a no-show and will have to pay $30" and after trying to find another day/time she said "I'm and instructor, not a customer service attendant". I decided to leave and did an appointment in the 911 Driving School in Bellevue. I know I paid twice but the way a was treated was so rude thatr I prefered to pay more than coming back to Swerve Klahanie and passing the exam with that "instructor".
