Thought I had a decent case, denied twice. Never meet a lawyer, but I don't get the impression they really care so much. At least not in my case. I was advised not to use Parmele but didn't listen. Very sad and disappointed. Never had to deal with lawyers before but I thought there would be more contact throughout claim.
