Retained Parmele. Was told that a specific attorney was representing me. Without any prior consultation or approval, was reassigned to another attorney.
Won my case but no follow through or follow up. The moment that the judge said during our phone hearing that he would grant me disability, Parmele has had nothing to do with me other than tell me that I owe them for medical records. Asked repeatedly for an itemized statement of the charges, but Parmele hasn't done this. They want money but fail to make sure that I have gotten what I was awarded. Which my hearing was 7/28/20. It's 10/9/20 and have yet to see what all I was awarded. Think Parmele has made sure that I got my award? Nope. They evidently got paid by Social security. So, where is my payment from Social security? Parmele doesn't care. They just want their medical records fee which they continuously fails to provide an itemized statement for.
