I was told the courts were running more than 24 months behind. Didn't get a court date until 3 years past on supposedly my open/shut case of disability. My hearing was 8 months ago. Turns out they didn't have all of my records at hearing and the judge got them 3 months later. Now I'm wondering if they ever answered the judges letter. I have not worked in almost 4 years and owe everyone money.
