You have asked me to rate Julia Gallegos' and IMC USA's service that was given to me using the Service, Will Recommend and Total Experience qualifiers via a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best. If I could, I would give all three a "10" but since "5" is the "best", I have to say 5! However, this does not really portray the true experience given by Julia. There is much, much more that would need to be expressed.

When one chooses a service, he/she would want only the best especially in knowledge of the service rendered as well as complete understanding of that knowledge in relationship to the engaging client. In Julia's case, not only is she well versed in the arena of credit reporting, she continues to seek out more knowledge and understanding. And she has the great wisdom to be able to apply it to the needs of her client resulting in the very best outcome for her client. Another park of that "service" is imparting that "knowledge" to the client. An old adage speaks to giving a man a fish and he eats for a day; but to each the man to fish and he feeds himself for a lifetime. Julia not only utilizes her knowledge and wisdom in credit reporting, she also teaches her clients also to use the knowledge to maintain good credit after completing the service provided by Julia.

Via Julia's skills, my credit rating has improved dramatically and I cannot be happier. She completely understood my needs and worked toward them. I do recommend Julia and Improve My Credit USA to all my friends and anyone I think could use this wonderful service provider. My experience has been one of awesome interaction and dedicated work.
