Took my computer in for what I thought was minor work. On day three I called asking about it and was told to wait 15 minutes. After three hours and three trips there, I found out about the major problem they caused. No clear communication on how this occurred from the first guy. Mike, thankfully, stepped in and fixed it. Still, neither took accountability for the issue. No apology until I raised the issue. And still not a sincere apology for the major issue they caused. Then, as I was paying, I had to listen to first guy complain about how hard his job is. Definitely NOT recommend.
