Joseph was very helpful as I got through the process of choosing and ordering carpet - a process I had started several times before but game up on because it can be overwhelming. Joseph was patient and flexible, even when I made changes along the way. Though at first it seemed beyond our budget, they gave a me a great price in the end. The installation was great too, nice guys who did a great job. I'm glad I finally got this done and my home feels almost like new now!
