Did not complete the job as promised and I talked to Claudia who is the sales person, she is generous enough to let me know that Customer service will call and fix the problem, adjust the total amount. Apparently no call.. I talked to Claudia again and she assured I will get a call.. still no call.. Now I see the total amount is charged without my consent or approval.. This is very very bad service and clear cheating. Previous carpet job that was done in July was awesome so went with S&G again. But apparently this time they did a very very bad job of overcharging me.
