We recently purchased some engineered flooring and as promised received a phone call a couple days after ordering to inform us that the flooring should arrive at the store on Friday. We went to the store on Sunday to be informed that they didn't know if the flooring was in the back and they had nobody in the warehouse on Sundays. While I don't recall having been told that they have nobody in the warehouse on Sundays, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I would come back once they knew my flooring was at the store. The following week I received no phone call to let me know that they had the flooring. On Saturday morning I called to check and they confirmed that the flooring was at the store, so I informed them that I would come in the afternoon to pick it up. I arrived at 1pm, a member of the sales staff spent 10 minutes looking up my order on two computers, including asking me what I ordered. Once found, I was asked to drive to the back to have the warehouse staff load my materials. I stood and watched the warehouse person on the forklift, eventually tipping a pallet with someone's order over backward on a stack of other orders. He then left the warehouse toward the main floor of the store, not to be seen again. After waiting 20min and having received none of my materials I went through to the floor, asked the sales agent what was going on and she did not know. I had an appointment to be at, so at that point I had to leave after yet a second trip of not receiving my materials. I'm still awaiting this to be sorted out.
