This store has to have the worst customer service ever! A month or so ago I ordered “in stock” wood flooring yet I was told it would take a week to deliver. That’s fine. Well I was lied to. I was then told it would be 3 weeks! After talking with someone finally, it still took 2 weeks! My pint is just tell me when it’s coming in. Don’t lie to my face because I took time off work to do the floors but wasted it all because the floor never came in on time.

Now I ordered 1 piece of transition I needed. This 1 piece cost $53 for some reason. I was told one week. My wife called to follow up the next week and the rep said, oh yeah I called and left a message!! NO you didn't!!!!! Then I was told oh it will be another week. Well they called today and it’s STILL not in.

I will NEVER shop at this store again! Your customer service is horrible!!!!
