S & G Carpet completed the whole house carpet installation and we couldn't be happier with the whole process from initial visit to sales office in Pleasanton to actual installation and final result. Office staff was very friendly, professional and gave us a pretty good deal. The special sale was ending that day but they allow us to pay half of the discounted price and pay the rest whenever we are ready for installation. My house was full of junk so it took almost 4 months before our house was ready for installation. Without the deadline, we didn't have the pressure to finish getting the house ready, that was so nice. The two installers worked extremely hard and cleaned up after each day. They accidentally chopped off one sound cable on a floor but the company not only more than compensate for the cost and labor for replacement but also sent us a gift card for a restaurant of our choice. All that was processed by Hector who was extremely nice and apologetic. Needless to say, we are very happy with the end result of the carpet. My children love that the new carpet is so soft and comfortable to feet and looks fabulous. We give top notch rating for S & G Carpet and highly recommend to others without hesitation.
