I have used S&G Rocklin for years for our rental and primary residence floorings. February of 2017, utilized S&G in Elk Grove because Tami Montgomery transferred to that store. We live out of state, so all transactions were made on-line, text, etc. We arrived for repairs on our rental and saw a botched job. 3 rooms of waterproof laminate were cut to short, they filled the gaping gaps with bulging caulk! The installers took off our nice white baseboards and glued this hideous brown plastic probably 5 inches of ugliness to our walls. This brown $@!#% ruined our walls, it was cut short and choppy. Horrible! A 5-year old could have done a better job. What is ironic is that this is the first time that we didn't check up on S&G, and we dealt with a different store. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be contacting the company with pictures. Someone needs to be let go. I will take my business elsewhere, to someone I can trust!
