We replaced the flooring in two bathrooms working with the Santa Clara showroom staff. Our consultant Nattha Jackson, store manager James, in-home consultant Lisa, and installers Eduardo and Juan could not have been more professionally knowledgeable, courteous, or helpful. Both rooms were completed within a day and the flooring was so skillfully cut that additional finishing in the doorways was unnecessary. Post-installation, Nattha quickly arranged for unused materials and services to be credited. I wish our experiences with other companies could be as terrific as this one was.
