The Fremont Store went out of their way to help us pick out our Shaw flooring for our kitchen. Claudia was instrumental with her expertise on floor paneling, glueing techniques, installation and scheduling. Jonathon came out for the measuring using laser guided technology. Price was right and I signed the contact then and there with him. A few days later the installers came out and were as professional as you could ask for. They even did a few extra items we asked without hesitation. Kitchen floor done, they cleaned up and wow, it looks amazing. So overall, 5 stars from us for a wonderful experience.
