I have been wanting to write a review since last summer when I got my new house and had new laminate flooring installed. The customer service at the store was great (little that I kwew, just to get my business), but the installation process was a nightmare. It was done in a rush, very poorly installed, with gaps near the walls, by not really detail oriented and very rude workers. They burned the linoleum in my bathroom which they promised to replace, but has not happened.
The only thing I liked was the detail team that came to try to fix what the original installers did, but I guess the "original installers" did such a horrible job, that my floors are sinking in some places when you step on it.
There is no quality when they are installing the floors, the only thing that they wanted was to be done as fast as they can. The manager that came when they were installing, did not even bother to check the quality of the job that was being done. She just wanted to get it done!.
I would NOT USE S&G for any other work around my hose, specially knowing that the company doesn't thrive on quality work!
