I can not praise S & G's San Jose's Almaden store location enough. After suffering through major storm/ water damage, a rental I own and manage in South San Jose needed new carpets. After initially ordering carpets through a competitor, only to find out that delivery and installation was 5 weeks out (not as promised) I went to their store location and was served by Patti Smith. She helped pick the carpet, made arrangements for same day measurements and had the carpet installed 2 days later., all at a competitive price when compared to our local warehouse home improvement center. Everyone showed up on time, from the measuring gentleman to the installers. Everyone was professional, extremely competent and knowledgeable. The place looks better than ever. Don't waste your time and money at the local home improvement centers. You will not be disappointed at S & G.
