We visited S&G Carpet in Elk Grove and were greeted by Carole. She was so helpful and fun to work with. Carole made us feel like family and was very patient with us. We were undecided on what kind of flooring we actually wanted. S&G has a great selection of flooring available and Carole helped us make the right choice for our needs. She offered samples to take to see how they look in our home. We went back several times to take home different samples. Absolutely no problem with that. After finally making our selection, Matt from S&G came out and measured our home at no cost and Carole ordered immediately on a Friday. The material arrived 3 days later on Monday. Carole scheduled installation for a time that was convenient for us. Scott and his installation crew arrived on time every day and were very professional. Installation was scheduled for 5 days but was finished in 4 days. Scott was a perfectionist in every facet of the installation and cleaned up inside and outside every day before the crew left. Scott also helped me install felt pads on some of the heavier furniture. I was very impressed with Carole during selection/sales and Scott during installation. And did I mention, S&G had the best prices! Thank you Carole, Scott and S&G. The flooring looks beautiful. We will be back again!
