Carole in the Elk Grove office helped me initially by phone and then during my follow up office visit. she helped me find what we needed at a very reasonable price and set up the installation on the date we requested. Although his name escapes me since I didn't write it down, the installer was very pleasant and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier and will call S&G Carpet the next time we need carpet.
